This thread's for Tribalbeat requests. Make sure you request the right person or it will be denied.
Here's everyone's role on the blog:
Jason provides site updates/general stuff. Drake reviews movies. Dustin reviews songs. Kody reviews video games. Ryker gives fitness tips. Noel gives general life advice. Gage gives updates on the Tritons during the water polo season (men only). The season is September through December. I post whatever the hell I want, though Jace has the final say. Kyle and Sky will seldom post, so you won't get much from them.
Keep it PG-13 rated. (Though Drake can review R-rated movies if you request them.) Read the blog before requesting anything. No repeats. Don't ask someone to review a movie/game/song if someone else already did it. We don't want two opinions on the same work. Do not ask any of us to review TCS: The Studio. You will be banned with no warning. Jason and I have the final say over what content gets approved. That is all.

After I had weightlifting, the next morning will make my muscle sore a lot. should I continue workout or just rest until my muscle not sore anymore? Sure. That soreness is normal for a first-time lifter. Starting out (as in the first week or two), I'd go light reps every other day (working each muscle group). That way, you can give your muscles time to heal after each workout. I posted an entry on Tribalbeat a few months back that goes into more detail. www.tcsnovel.com/single-post/2018/04/19/Rykers-Tips-Weightlifting-for-BeginnersAre you seeing a personal trainer, dude? He or she can provide a workout routine best suited for you. This is general advice, and everyone's different.

Sadly it's hard for me to find the personal trainer, and it's a bit expensive for me to use the personal trainer staff at gym (it's cost 400 usd per 10 times) only if i had a friend that workout with me....

That rate seems about normal. Certainly they'll give you a trial session for free?

That rate seems about normal. Certainly they'll give you a trial session for free? Iβm afraid not. It might be a normal rate for people who got high monthly income, but for a new graduated, we all get the start up income from a new job at 500usd per month. That a bit expensive.

Hi Noel Any tips for a newbie runner? I think I should start running for a cardio workout than fusion dance class. Actually I hate running, it hurt my knees. Thank you in advance
